About
Have you ever wondered why sleep seems to come so easily to everyone around you, but not to you? You’ve probably already tried the things people suggest — relaxing more, cutting caffeine, changing your routine — and even when you follow the advice, sleep still doesn’t come the way you need it to, and you’re not sure why or what it will take to change it. That’s where most people start when they come to work with me: they’ve done the research, tried different things, and still can’t figure out what’s keeping the problem going.
Sleep problems that have lasted a while usually aren’t just about habits. They’re often connected to how your body and mind have learned to respond to sleep over time, and to the stress and daily patterns affecting how you function. When we work together, we look at the full picture — not just what’s happening at night, but what’s shaping your sleep during the day, how you’re managing stress, your routines, and the worries that have built up around sleep itself. From there we build a plan specific to you and realistic enough to fit your actual life; the work is structured, collaborative, and paced to feel manageable.
Before becoming a sleep coach, I spent over 16 years in technology — and for much of that time I wasn’t sleeping well. The stress was constant, and my sleep was the first thing to go. I tried everything I could find, and none of it lasted, because none of it addressed what was actually driving the problem. So, with the same analytical mindset I’d applied throughout my career, I went deep into the science of sleep and trained as a certified sleep coach, building an approach grounded in that evidence. What I bring is not just the science, but knowing what it feels like when sleep becomes a problem you can’t seem to solve on your own — and finding your way out of it. I work with adults navigating insomnia and sleep difficulties using tools grounded in CBT-I, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and behavioral sleep science, along with circadian-rhythm and nervous-system regulation strategies.
