Our Privacy Policy is part of and subject to these Terms; where they conflict, these Terms govern. If you are our patient or customer, any signed patient or customer agreement between us supersedes these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

The content on this Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Reading this Site, contacting us through it, or booking a consultation does not create a physician-patient or therapist-client relationship. A clinical relationship is formed only after intake and acceptance under a signed agreement. Nothing on the Site should be used to diagnose or treat any condition or to replace advice from your own licensed clinician. Pacific Integrative Psychiatry provides clinical services only to individuals physically located in the State of California at the time of service, delivered in person or via telehealth in accordance with California law. Educational content and free resources on the Site are available to a general audience and are not clinical services.

Appointments booked through the Site are subject to our scheduling and cancellation policy. Your appointment time is reserved for you; if you cannot attend, we request two business days' (48 hours') notice. Fees apply for missed appointments and late cancellations. Current fees and the full policy are on our Fees page (/fees/) and are provided at the time of booking. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; by making a payment you agree to that processor's terms.

The Site may contain videos and/or audio recordings ("Recordings"). Recordings are for informational and educational purposes only and are not specific medical, legal, financial, or other advice. Some Recordings are hosted on third-party social-media sites (e.g., YouTube) that we do not own; embedding them does not create any partnership with those sites, and those sites may track your viewing habits. We retain all intellectual-property rights in Recordings we create, except as licensed to the hosting platform.
