👉 Psychologists have found that the average time a person can focus on one thing has dropped from 2.5 minutes to around 45 seconds over the past 20 years.

While attention problems are quite common and don’t necessarily indicate a specific diagnosis, some people do have a diagnosis of ADHD. 

Times are even more difficult right now for people with ADHD, both because of digital overload and the stimulant medication shortage.
